Colleague Representatives

Our team of Colleague Representatives were put in place to ensure that the voice of all colleagues can always be heard.

Within each team, at least one of your colleagues will be an appointed representative and it's their job to be your voice and to communicate your ideas and opinions at our regular Colleague Round table meetings.

Led by our Recruitment Manager Ross McLuckie, these meeting are held once every two months with open-ended questions designed to lead topics of conversation which enable us, as a business to gather feedback, sentiment and suggestions which are then delivered to our Senior Management Team (SMT).

What is a Colleague Representative?​​​​​​​

Typical Duties of a Colleague Representative:

They speak with their team to gather information on what their colleagues feel is working and what could be done better within Ascensos.

They attend the Colleague Round Table meetings every 2 months.

They discuss the information gathered across the business with the Colleague Representative group.

And they provide post-meeting summaries to the colleagues within their team.
